Sample Menu • vitello tonnato - dish of cold, sliced veal covered with a creamy, mayonnaise-like sauce that has been flavored with tuna.
• coffee or cappuccino with "baci di dama" or gelato - sandwich cookie, consisting of two hazelnut cookies joined together by chocolate or artisanal ice cream
• agnolotti al plin - small pasta parcels which take their name from the pinch required to seal them filled with various types of braised meat and vegetables.
• cheese and salami - different types of cheeses and salami
• truffle products - cheese and salami with truffle, crispy bread with truffle sauces
