Amazing Pizza and Pasta Class at Savio’s kitchen cooking school
At Savio’s kitchen, You will be like home. You will feel the warm hospitality of Southern Italy. You will Interact and learn in a funny way how easy is to make your pasta and pizza. The class will be accompanied by a relaxed atmosphere and good wine and a lot of magic moments.
During this class you will learn how to make fresh eggs pasta, fettuccine, and Ravioli, but also how to prepare a perfect pizza.
You will start to mix fluor, water and yeast for your pizza dough then you will prepare also the pasta-dough, with flour and eggs, then the filling for the ravioli with best available ingredients. You will prepare also a real " Sugo al Pomodoro", (italian tomato sauce).
After, you will discover all the secrets to cook your pizza in the best way , to make the real Italian homemade pizza.
At the end of your class, you will be tasting all the delicacies you prepared together wine local wine.
