Sample Menu • Chocolate Tasting - We will visit a chocolatier where we will enjoy a chocolate tasting.
• Mistelas + local sweets - A mistela is a local candy which encapsulates a shot of liquor inside. A true delight and surprise.
• Ecuadorian Chuspa Coffee - We will find great Ecuadorian coffee at a local roaster and will make said coffee the traditional Quiteño way - with a chuspa.
• Empanadas de viento - We will have a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Ecuadorian empanadas de viento with cheese and a touch of sugar.
• Humitas - Humitas are a local treat. You will learn how to make humitas the old-fashioned way using a manual grinder.
• Quimbolito - Quimbolitos are fluffy cakes made in an achira leave. Its a great local treat!
• Canelazo - Local Cocktail - Canelazo is a tasty local cocktail made with Naranjilla juice, spices and liquor. Served hot to party all night long!
