Everyone in the world knows this delicious and creamy Italian dessert but few know that tiramisu Tiramisu' (coffee sponge cake) was created in 1962 in the city of Treviso not far from Venice. The act of birth has been legally recognized by the delegation of the Italian Academy of Cuisine (Accademia Italiana della Cucina). Over the years this layered cake has undergone many changes from the original recipe to new versions (with liquor, ricotta, pandoro). Since Tiramisù is known worldwide as one of the most favorite dessert there is nothing better than a cooking class with an expert where Tiramisù was born to discover the secrets of this unique delight.

Learn with a private lesson specially dedicated to you the secrets of this fabulous dessert, Enrica will introduce you in the delights of the tiramisu teaching the recipes passed down to her from her grandmother through generations. Chef Enrica takes you into his kitchen and guides you through 30 min. exclusive video lesson with practical step-by-step instructions you can easily recreate at home.
