Workshop: Enologist for One Day @Local Winery
We'll shuttle from San Miguel de Allende to visit one of the best local vineyards located approximately 25 minutes away. We will begin with a specialized tour of the production area of the winery including the underground cellar which is the biggest one in the region. For this workshop we will provide you with all the materials that you need to produce your own bottle of wine that you will take home. We will teach you everything about the winemaking and aging process in Mexico. You will taste different wines extracted straight from the barrics in order to ensamble your own blend and create your own bottle of wine with a customized label. After the workshop at 13:15 you will be dropped back to town arriving to Fabrica La Aurora at !3:45.
