This class explores Oaxaca's most famous dish- mole. We will also be making handmade tortillas and mezcal margaritas.
This class explores the fascinating history of pork and rum in Mexico. We will be making cochinita pibil (slow-roasted pork in achiote), corn cakes, pickled onion and habanero, nopal and radish salad and a rum cocktail.
