After lunch we'll reach Spello, charming village of Roman origin, counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy, thanks to its environmental richness, cultural and artistic heritage. We will take advantage of his expert guidance, assisted by an incomparable four-legged explorer, to learn the secrets of this noble tuber, through a highly suggestive naturalistic itinerary. Guided visit of Spello with private guide in which you'll see the most important sites of interest of this enchanting ancient village of Roman origins, counted among the most beautiful villages in Italy, thanks to its environmental wealth, cultural and artistic heritage. Spello still retains traces of its historical past with the ancient walls and the Propertius Towers that protect Porta Venere. The church of Santa Maria Maggiore can be reached by walking through suggestive alleys and ancient streets, along which flowered balconies overlook and which have become true symbols of the city, and still remain one of the most coveted. The church holds an artistic treasure inside: the Baglioni Chapel, with a Deruta majolica floor and frescoes by Pinturicchio. Spello also boasts a very rich art gallery and, just outside the walls, a museum complex known as "Villa Dei Mosaici", which has brought to light 500 square meters of precious mosaics whose central theme is the grape harvest and wine.
