Here we will have a class on making the Classic Brazilian Caipirinha. This drink mostly reminds people of a Mojito however it's made with Lime instead of Mint!
Here you will learn how to prepare the most famous drink in Brazilian while enjoying the best view of the city below. Call you friends to this once in a lifetime experience, you won't regret.
Each person will learn how to cut the limes, the mixology, history and will also have the option to purchase some classic Brazilian snacks. Sample menu below is an additional cost you can add on or purchase at the cocktail experience!

Sample Menu • Fried pork skins - Pan fried pork skin which is a popular bar food here in Rio de Janeiro..topped with flake salt and fresh lime!
• Brazilian cheese barbecued - A classic cheese here in Brazil which is cooked over the grill top and absolutely delicious..
• Linguiça with farofa - Brazilian sausage pan seared with special farofa (bread crumbs) made from scratch and is used to dip the sausage in it...
• Vegetarian grilled veggies - Grilled squash or zucchini with a fresh salsa homemade.
