ItineraryEnjoy a 90 minute full body hot stone massage using a special blend of oil from Switzerland
The oil blend include bitter orange petitgrain, balm mint and valerian. This enhance the effect of hot stone therapy by promote calming, relaxing, soothing, anti stress and anxiety.
* Please advise the therapist about the strength used in the massage and the hot stone temperature you can withstand.
Step 1: Steam the stone to around 37-40 degree Celcius
Step 2: Lightly massage at the back to promote blood circulation and open the acupuncture point
Step 3: Place the hot stone at the acupuncture point along the back and shoulder blades to warm up the tense muscles
Step 4: The massage start from the leg then move up to shoulder and back. Then the oil blend will be apply and the therapy will used the hot stone to massage.
Step 5: Turn over and hot stone will be placed at the collar bone and the stomach to warm up the tense muscles. The massage start again by reapply the oil blend the using the hot stone from shoulder then move on to the hands and legs
Step 6: Finish the massage by using a warm the towel to cleanse the body
