Day 1: Delhi to Amritsar by Train + City Tour

Partake in a 6:30am pickup from the New Delhi hotel or Indira Gandhi International Airport and transfer to the railway station to board the 7:20am train to Amritsar.

Stop At: India-Pakistan Border Stadium 1, Grand Trunk Road, Wagah, Police Academy Campus, Wagah, Hardo Rattan, Punjab 143108, India
Afternoon we visit to the India/Pakistan Border for the changing of the guard ceremony and the flag hoisting and lowering activities, which are done with great skill and precision by the border security forces of both the countries.

Stop At: Golden Temple Road Atta Mandi, Katra Ahluwalia, Amritsar 143001 India
Later, we visit the Golden Temple for an evening holy book ceremony.

Day 2: Amritsar City Tour and Delhi by Train

Have breakfast, then at 8am, take a sightseeing tour of the Golden Temple. The Temple is the spiritual center of the Sikh faith, and was built by Guru Arjun Singh in the late 16th century.

By 10am, you will have arrived at the Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, an important monument dedicated to the hundreds of martyrs of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in 1919.

Pass By: Amritsar Junction, Guru Arjun Nagar, Amritsar, Punjab 143001, India
At 2pm, transfer to the Amritsar railway station. Dinner will be available on board.

Pass By: New Delhi, New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi
11:05pm Arrival at the Delhi railway station. A driver will be ready to bring you to your Delhi hotel.
