We will start with our yoga class on the beach. The practice will take place in the sand, combining the benefits of yoga with direct contact with the earth, grounding. Classes are open to all levels from gentle, restorative and more vigorous vinyasa flow and ashtanga styles. Class style and levels will be determined and molded to suit the needs of the students. As we will focus on a small class the students will be able to get personalized attention.
