The company kept in touch all the time and even sent me tips about our stay in Panama (weather, what we should wear, transportation...). That was a huge plus. We were picked up right on time at Coffee Max and drove to the dock at Gamboa. Due to the high morning traffic, it took us around 40 minutes to arrive. My wife, my 3 year old daughter and myself had lots of fun. The tour guides (Jerin and his father) are very kind and knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable all the time. Being able to interact with the primates, and being that close to nature was an unforgettable experience. After the tour, we took a short hike to a waterfall (Sendero Natural El Charco) and to

We had a terrific time on this trip. The monkeys came onto the boat and grabbed grapes out of our hands and bananas off our hats. Our guide Jaron sp? was quite knowledgeable and went the extra effort to make sure we had a good trip and saw plenty of wildlife. Jaron was also great with the young kids and teenagers on the trip. Jaron offered after the trip to take all of us who wanted on a short walk to see more wildlife, making it his personal mission to make sure we all saw everything we wanted to see. He provided useful and interesting information about all of the areas we went through, including the parts of the city we drove through.

Exceeded expectations. Only had time for a short tour and this was perfect. Saw four different kinds of monkeys, some eating out of our hands. Also saw an alligator, a sloth, and many kinds of birds. Highly recommend.

This is a great 1/2 day tour. You get to ride a boat on the Gatun Lake, and meet the monkeys! John is great guide, and explain a lot of about Panama history about the canal, the lake, and monkeys. There is no walking for this tour, and very laid back. They will drive you back to your hotel or drop of you off anywhere.

This tour is excellent! You get to cruse the canal, as well as to see a lot of wiled life. And of course the highlight of the tour are the cute Capuchin monkey that you get to feed! This trip is great for the entire family, all ages. To increase you chances of seeing more animals, I would advice to take 7:00 am tour. It gets crowded on the like by 9:00, and it might be too hot for the animals to come out.

This was so much fun. We were on a small boat that took us to Gatun Lake, which feeds into the Panama Canal, and we learned about the history of the waters and the building of the canal. The highlight was stopping at a few areas to feed the monkeys. They jump on the boat and eat out of your hand, and its just incredible. You have to go to a central meeting place to be picked up, and then driven to the jungle area. It's worth it to be there for the 7:00 am trip, because that's when the monkeys are first fed, and by the 9:00 trip they're not so hungry and they may not even show themselves. We loved this cruise!

We booked the 7a tour but got stuck in some narly traffic (hotel in PlayaBonita). We stayed @ CoffeeMax (which has some tasty food) and when he came for the 9a tour, the guide paid for our food and we were on our way! EVERYTHING was great. It was an exciting experience! He even took us to Miraflores

Great tour! John was our guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour starts in central Panama City and after a 30 minute drive you get into a boat and stop off at three different spots to feed the monkeys. We saw at least ten monkeys of two different species, great experience!!

The Panama Canal is simply amazing and a must see and the canal and Gatun Lake are surprisingly close to downtown Panama City so don't hesitate to do this tour.

We met at the coffee shop as prearranged. The shop was closed, but our guide took us to the best coffee in the area. It was good.
My wife and I were the only two clients that morning and we had a very good time.
As we motored we discussed the area and a bit of the culture.
We were asked if we had any problems with being close to animals. Our response was no. The enjoyment followed as we visited islands with Capuchin monkeys. Obviously they were quite used to human contact as upon our nosing into the island we were visited by several.
Hiding grapes in a closed fist prompted the monkeys to open our hands with what can best be described as a gentle but forceful manner.
      Quite a pleasant experience.
On our journey to the Gamboa launching site and on the boat we were able to locate and identify several bird species.
A good morning and a positive addition to our trip.

He was flexible and moved our time to the 9am tour, while waiting they showed us around Casco Viejo. The tour itself was informative and fun with the monkeys
