Most accommodations offer beautiful open-air yoga decks, perfect for practice, and we travel to your accommodation for class. Practice begins with Meditation and Pranayama - conscious breathing - as we slowly move towards incorporating postures into the breath, flowing through a sequence based on your own unique needs. We will also infuse philosophical teachings, which you can then take off the mat and into your daily life, giving you tools to return to the feeling of centeredness anytime you want to.
The sessions will be customized to meet you, exactly as you are, and honor what serves you best at this moment in time. If you prefer, you also have the option of together creating a workshop-style class to advance your practice & learn how to approach any asana, or work on something you’ve been seeking personal instruction with.
Practice will end with Savasana, which will leave you with a feeling of well-being and might quite possibly change your life.
