Cape Peninsula - Custom-made Private Day Tour ( Max of 3 Persons)

We are professional tourist guides with a passion to share our beautiful country and the history of the places we visit with our guests in a fun and informative way. We start our day by taking the Aerial Cableway to the top of Table Mountain. We do a short easy hike on Table Mountain with you and point out interesting facts. The drive via Chapman's Peak is beautiful and we stop for a memorable photo at the world renowned view point. On our way to Cape Point we do a fun stop at the Ostrich farm where we feed the Cape Ostriches. At Cape Point you have the option of taking the Flying Dutchman (funicular) to the lighthouse or attempt the 20 minute walk to the top. After leaving Cape Point we stop for lunch at one of the many restaurants in Simon's Town. After lunch we visit the African Penguins at Boulders Beach before we take the scenic drive back to your accommodation. If time allows we can do a quick stop at Rhodes Memorial or a drive to the Bo-Kaap (The Malay Quarter).

We start our day by visiting Table Mountain via the Aerial Cable Way where we will enjoy stunning views and a leisurely hike on the mountain. Please note that the Cableway will be closed for maintenance from 8 July - 18 August. We can replace this attraction with a scenic drive along the road past the lower cable station and a visit to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

We drive along Victoria Drive through the fishing village of Hout Bay.

Stop At: Chapman's Peak Drive, Hout Bay Road Between Noordhoek and Hout Bay, 7872 South Africa

We drive along Chapman's Peak Drive, one of the most scenic drives in the world where we will stop to absorb the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean and have the opportunity to take great photos.

Duration: 30 minutes

Pass By: Noordhoek Beach, Beach Rd, Noordhoek 7979 South Africa

We drive towards the white beaches of Noordhoek with a spectacular view of Kommetjie Beach and the Slangkop Lighthouse.

Stop At: Cape Point Ostrich Farm, M65, Main Road, Cape Point Cape Point, Cape Town Central 7985 South Africa

Before we enter the Cape Point Nature Reserve we will stop at the Cape Point Ostrich farm and have fun feeding the ostriches.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Town Central South Africa

We enter the Cape Point Nature Reserve and drive towards the most South Westerly tip of the African Continent. We have the option of taking the funicular to the lighthouse or get there on foot.

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Jubilee Square & Jetty, Simon's Town, St George's Street Jubilee Square, Simon's Town 7995 South Africa

We visit Simon's Town where we can enjoy an optional lunch at one of many restaurants.

Stop At: Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, Simon's Town 7995 South Africa

After lunch we take a very short drive back to Boulders Beach to visit the African Penguin Colony.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Rhodes Memorial, Rhodes Ave Devil's Peak, Cape Town Central 7700 South Africa

We head home via a scenic drive past Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay, Muizenberg and stop at Rhodes Memorial for a memorable photo opportunity.

Duration: 15 minutes
