This private guided tour gives you the opportunity to discover the origins of Alberobello and its trulli. You will experience Apulian traditions and learn about how people used to live in the past.

Stop At: Centro Storico, 70011, Alberobello Italy

The guided tour will start in front of the Trullo Sovrano, we’ll visit the two-storey Trullo to experience Apulian traditions of the past. Then we will have the opportunity to figure out how trulli have been built and why they were realized in that way.

Stop in front of the Basilica of Saints Cosmas and Damian, patron saints of the town, to know about their worship origins. After passing through the modern part of the town, we will enjoy the best fairytale panorama.

Visit of the Aia Piccola district, one of the most picturesque areas of the historical centre of Alberobello.
The tour will end exploring the Rione Monti district, the tourist area, where we will have a look of the Trullo Siamese and the St. Anthony Church, a typical trullo-shaped church.

And finally in a small trullo shop you will be offered some appetizers/snacks such as the Apulian extra-virgin olive oil, salty and sweet taralli, Apulian wines and liqueurs...
