According to your flavor, you will have chance to enjoy steamed scallops, stir fired comb pen shell, raw small octopus, calm soup and raw fish sashimi etc.
I know that salmon sashimi or tuna sashimi is very common at western countries but rock fish sashimi or flounder sashimi is much more popular in Korea.
