This memorable full-day tour takes in a comprehensive visit to the infamous Nazi concentration and death camp of World War II.

During an emotional walking tour with a local guide you will explore two former camps located in Oświęcim (Auschwitz) and the nearby village of Brzezinka (Birkenau) where hundreds of thousands of people met their fate during World War II. You will hear the story of the unimaginable ordeal of the prisoners as well as heroic acts of human sacrifice. While walking around the camps' relics you will see watchtowers, barbed-wire fences, loading ramps, execution walls, gas chambers and crematoria. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum surely is a must-see place during a visit to Poland as a memorial to invaluable history of mankind and concrete evidence of what people are capable of doing to others, given the right circumstances.
