Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Salalah is the largest mosque of Dhofar Governorate in Oman and the largest mosque in the southern part of Oman.This masjid is the landmark of Salalah and is located in the city center at 23rd July Street.The architecture of Sultan Qaboos Masjid is Islamic. It has two domes and two tall minarets. The minarates are on the Northern and Southern part of the mosque.visiting days would be from saturday to thursday between 8 am to 11 am. Men wear decent clothing abiding the sanctity of the mosque (not short)
Women must wear clothing to cover their bodies ( including head's, arms to wrists and legs to heels)

One of the area’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Land of Frankincense), Al-Baleed was the Dhofar region’s primary settlement from the 8th to the 16th century. Walk through the archaeological park to discover the ancient city’s mosque, trenches and defensive walls set against a stunning Indian Ocean backdrop. Land of Frankincense Museum chronicles human settlement in the area, with a special emphasis on maritime trade and traditions.

Stop At: Ittin Cave كهف إتين, 4347+WW, Salalah, Oman
This tour will have a mesmerizing journey to the north side of Salalah city. Tour will begin with Ittin moutains, from where you will have a great view of Salalah city from an altitude of over a thousand feet. There is a beautiful cave and a small trek.
