We had an informative guide and both locations were very picturesque. Though the castle of Segovia was beautiful I wish we had some more photo ops from a distance to capture the full castle. But overall a very good tour.

Enjoyed the tour immensely and would recommend it. We were a very large group on a double decker bus but our guide, Raf or Rafael we excellent at crowd control. He was very organized and shared a lot of insights on the attractions. I took two stars away because I felt that he was distracted by some fellow tourists in the group that kept on asking him and engaging him in personal conversation. I wish that he would not engage and try to curb tourists or discourage them from engaging him into personal conversation. I felt this disrupted our tour and instead of benefiting from his knowledge the rest of the group are all left hanging. Raf was a really good guide and I do not think he would like to offend anyone but boundaries have to be set for individual participants as it takes away from the group's experience. I felt that this small group of tourists (5-6 persons) should have booked their own private tour instead of being in a large group. In large group tour situations such as these with two languages at that the guide should have set boundaries at the start as he seemed able to do so when he stressed not to bring food in the bus. He should have said to keep the questions after the tour and not during the tour narration. So buyer beware.
