Learn just how to cook deliciously authentic 3 dishes Thai food and the delicious banana coconut milk in the dessert, each with vegetarian/vegan options available. Get detailed, step-by-step instructions from your English-speaking teacher as they demonstrate the right techniques. You'll either visit a local organic garden that's filled with herbs, vegetables, fruits, and even some edible flowers, or Bophut Fresh Market, the newest and cleanest markets in the city, where you'll get to see fresh produce with vibrant colors as you wander around the maze of stalls. After the meal, you'll receive a small gift from the staff, as well as a copy of the recipes that will surely impress your friends and family back home! Because the classes have a maximum number of 6 guests, the class is always personal and intimate.
Your journey begins with a quick transfer from your accommodation in Koh Samui to the Cookery school, with pick up roughly 30-50 minutes before your scheduled start time. All our classes have a max of 6 people for a more personal learning experience. Join us for a 30 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. After the lesson in the market, you will be ready to start your 2-hour lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. Savor a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.

• Salad - 4.Green Mango Salad (with crispy little fish and chili) 5.Seafood salad (prawn, squid, tomato, shallots, chilies)
• Stir-Fried Noodles - 1.Pad Thai (the famous one!) 2.Pad See Ew (large rice noodle with many vegetables)
• Curry - 1.Red or Green curry paste 2.Green Curry (creamy in a plate or in a bowl you choose!)
• Curry - 3.Massaman Curry (not spicy! .. with potatoes, peanuts, and chicken) 4.Red curry (the spiciest one! with kaffir lime leaves)
• Curry - 5.Panang Curry (with basil leaves and kaffir lime leaves) 6.Yellow Curry (with onions, baby corn, egg)
• Stir-Fried - 1.Fried Chicken Cashew Nuts 2.Fried ginger with pork or chicken 3.Garlic and pepper (with fried chicken or pork)
• Stir-Fried - 4.Sweet and Sour (with pineapple, tomatoes) 5.Pad Kaphao (Fried basil leaves and chili's) 6.Steam Fish (with ginger, chilies, lime)
