Trip was very well organised. Was messaged the day before with a pick up time. Driver came 5 minutes early, informed us we had one more pick up before leaving. Journey was quick and comfortable. Getting tickets was easy and plenty of time to look around.

Great option if you're looking for a transfer tour to Auschwitz. Wiktor went above and beyond and managed the time very well, giving us more than enough time to see both camps (and even some bits that aren't on the main path); he was also very accomodating and was even able to (respectfuly) lighten the mood on what is a very somber tour. Totally recommended.

Our driver Victor was excellent. He was very professional. Auschwitz was worth visiting. A lot bigger than I thought.

In my opinion, the most suitable way to visit such an important monument if you have young children (7 and 3 years old). Mini-van was clean and spacious, the driver very friendly and helpful, everything done on time! No queue waiting at Auschwitz, useful book guide in our language, no messing with public transportation and extra tip: when it started raining at Birkenau (and it is raining often) I and my husband visited seperately the camp with the kids safe and dry inside the van.

      Very impressive.
Our driver (Wiktor) happened to know some dutch and was very helpful in bringing us to the venues, explaining the procedures and giving recommendations . He even bought dutch guides for us as I misunderstood that we were just entitled to dutch leaflets.
I can recommend this tour for everyone and ask for Wictor to drive

Everything ran to schedule. Guy on bus spoke English and cracked a few jokes. Does what it says on the tin really. The self guided tour isn't bad as it allows you to take in the poace at your own pace and plan your own visit.

Had to queue for tickets for over an hour on arrival which meant we got 30 minutes at Birkenau which was nowhere near enough time. Such a pity. Had to queue again at Auschwitz even though we had tickets. Again, I was unable to see eveyrthing I wanted to in the time left.. We spent far more time driving there and back and queuing than in the camps. My advice is to book a full day trip or do it yourself. It's an amazing experience - very interesting and equally moving - so do it justice and don't rush around. I will now have to return sometime in the future to see everything properly, but that's no hardship as Krakow is stunning!
