A self-guided audio walking tour based on the true story of the murder at Locus Peccatorum - House of Sins in Lund.

The story begins when two students arrive to study at Lund University in 1825. Four years later, a murder has been committed. Do you want to know more about what happened? Step into the story and travel back in time for a walk through Lund as it was two hundred years ago.

This walking tour invites you to explore Lund together with Malin, your digital guide. She tells you the true story of what happened while you follow her to the locations where it took place.

Through the app, you can interact with photographs and excerpts of original documents that are hundreds of years old. You will hear all about how a washerwoman was the one who uncovered who both the murder victim and the perpetrator were, and how the laws at the time demanded that it would be the university staff who acted as judges in the murder trial.

We will walk into the park where Kungshuset, where the murderer was facing trial, was located.

Duration: 5 minutes

Pass By: Lund Cathedral, Kyrkogatan 6, Lund Sweden

You will walk past Lund Cathedral, an iconic Lutheran church built in the 1100's.

Pass By: Bredgatan 2, 222 21 Lund, Sweden

We'll make a stop outside Wickmanska gården, an estate built in the 1700's.

Pass By: Kulturen in Lund - Museum of Cultural History and Open-Air Museum, Tegnersplatsen, Lund 223 50 Sweden

The tour ends outside Kulturen, an open-air museum that also hosts some of the items mentioned during the tour.
